1. Before installing the comber, the main components (such as electric heating plate, pressure device, frame, etc.) are evenly separated, and the vulcanizer is temporarily transported to the site for temporary installation. Before installation, remove the upper rollers on several sets of belt conveyors, and use alchemy and other safety measures to build a working platform, as shown in Figure 2. If it sticks to the field, use canvas to build a temporary rain shelter around the work platform.
2. The separate separation of each part is also a frequent moving part. Generally, heavy parts can be operated by two people, so installation and disassembly are very convenient.
3. Install the tools of the vulcanizing machine, the tools for processing the tape joints, and the prepared power cord; and confirm whether the glue materials (such as covering rubber, core glue and glue) are within the validity period, manufacturer and date of manufacture.
4. Before installation, find a more spacious place when installing the curing press. In this place, not only the uncertain operation area and space, but also the placement of the tape and power cord is also very convenient.
